I wanted to take some time to thank you!

The charter that we had on the 11th of October was a complete success!! I had multiple people come up to thank me and compliment the boat. The boat was absolutely perfect for our needs. You were more than helpful and accommodating to my every request. The fact that you came to meet me meant a lot to me and tells me that you are very good at what you do!! That goes a long way with me.

As far as the over all charter, I have experienced a new level of professionalism. The entire staff of the boat was absolutely stellar! Not 1 unhappy person in the bunch! Which is no small thing for a group like mine. The wait staff was PHENOMENAL, not an empty hand all night. The DJ did an excellent job, considering I was one of the people on the dance floor and that never happens!! The crew was very accommodating to a few people with questions on the boat.

Overall, I just wanted to say thank you! And please remember me for next year, because after this year's experience, I look forward to booking next year's charter with you again!!

The Yacht charter was PERFECT! Everyone totally enjoyed themselves and the beautiful weather. We saw dolphins just as we were heading out. The captain did a terrific job narrating. The rest of the staff was just as pleasant.

Dear Island Queen Cruises,

The students of the Autistic Program at American High school would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of Island Queen Cruises for a wonderful experience on the water! Friday, February 24, 2006, my students and I traveled to Bayside where we enjoyed beautiful weather, friendly staff, and a well guided tour of the Miami Coast. As a group, our favorite part of the tour was Star Island! The students were amazed by the enormity of the homes on Star Island and the celebrities that owned them. The students also enjoyed waving to other passengers on passing boats. For most of my students, this was their first time on a boat and certainly not their last! The Autistic Program at American High School thanks you very much for a memorable experience.

Just wanted to let you and your staff know what a wonderful experience we had on the Venetian Lady last Saturday. Everything was better than I had expected it to be. From the moment we boarded we were greeted by very pleasant and friendly staff who took great care of everyone all night.
