Everyone is still talking about it. Your crew was outstanding. Russell was our host and he is a true professional as well as being friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, we do not have the names of the captain, bartender, steward/DJ and cook but we want to commend them also. They make a great team and certainly made our trip a memorable one.

We enjoyed all the food that was served - it was delicious. The presentation and service was excellent. Your company is top notch.

Dear Jenny,

I wanted to thank you and the Biscayne Lady Charters crew for a fantastic experience in Miami. We treated some of our top corporate sponsors to a breakfast cruise aboard the Pink Lady and the experience definitely impressed our guests even more than we had hoped.

You personally were so great to work with while planning the cruise over the phone. Information was given to me in detail and in a timely manner. Your open and friendly personality made me feel that I could call with any questions or concerns. Before arriving in Miami, I had enough information and confirmation to feel confident that everything would be taken care of as we requested.

The crew on the Pink Lady was fantastic. They were friendly and professional. Our guests were very impressed with the breakfast buffet, which included an omelet station and an impressive array of hot items and fresh fruit. They also enjoyed the mimosas and bloody marys! The Pink Lady was a great vessel for our small group. We could spread out on the upper deck and inside. It was comfortable and not too crowded for our 30 person group. We enjoyed the sights of the harbor and surrounding islands.

I have already recommended Biscayne Lady Yacht Charters to another event planner and will continue to do so. Here's hoping we will be back in Miami and cruising with your company again soon!

As expected and anticipated, your staff did a superb job of taking care of us. From Daniel to Chef Clifton to the service staff, all were out hosts and provided service typical for royalty. Out Team and guests had a fabulous time and were so impressed, that they were all taking photos and text messaging their colleagues of the entire experience. The food and service were excellent and our sales managers vowed to work hard in bringing groups to south Florida. They understood our ability to wow their clients and were able to see Miami from a totally different perspective.
