Dear Chuck,

I just had to take time to comment on Maribel.

I have had several health issues and incapable of showing the Biscayne Lady. I contacted Maribel and ask her to assist me with my clients, and as usual she has gone out of her way. The clients love her, I love her and so it goes. She has been a great asset to me, very professional and has grown in leaps and bounds in our industry, and above all, a very company oriented, loyal employee. I just thought I'd let you know as sometimes we miss giving credit when we need to.

I love the Biscayne Lady; she is always above par. Thanks to Mike for his continued assistance on my behalf, Daniel for his leadership and crew. Believe me, I experience all operations and I must say yours is excellent.

I wanted to thank you so very much for all of your help planning the MagnaCare event on the Biscayne Lady. I know that we were very demanding at times, but you were always available and happy to answer any questions that we had.

The crew was fabulous very accommodating and extremely attentive, every time a guest put down an empty glass a server magically appeared to remove it.

I was informed by Mike, what I would notice most would be the staff's attention to detail and it was very noticeable.

The food was wonderful and very well executed, the weather was great, my client was thrilled and all of their objectives were met!

The Biscayne Lady will be my first call for my next event in Miami, please pass this letter on to all of your staff.

What a fabulous time our attendees had on the Biscayne Lady! Everyone raved about the entire evening. The yacht was gorgeous, and the attendees loved the option to be either inside or outside. The entire staff was attentive, kind, and courteous. It was so nice to have someone there greeting them as they boarded the yacht, and our clients were quite impressed with how smoothly everything ran. The food was fantastic, and everyone loved the many different options.
