The Deco is located right next to The Recess at Bayside Marketplace, pier C, slip 2. You can board this vessel by making your way to the parking lot near the Biscayne Lady. Head towards the Marina office, which is located left of the parking lot, facing north. Once you've passed the Marina office, you will see pier C on the left side.
